Our further rental conditions:
Not included in the rental prices are
- Deposit in the form of a personal cheque of 500 (
euro), to be reimbursed within 8 weeks after departure,
in full or deducted for repairs.
- Cleaning charge of 75. The cleaning lady is
available for further cleaning at 15/hr.
Arrival / Departure :
- Arrival is Saturday, between 4.30 pm and 7 pm
- Departure is Saturday not later than 10 am
Payment of rental and deposit:
- 50% within one week of making the booking. The rental
is only confirmed after this down payment has been
received.
- 50% plus deposit, 8 weeks before arrival.
Cancellations :
- If your cancellation reaches us 90 days before the
planned arrival date, a 20% cancellation fee will be
charged.
- If your cancellation reaches us between 90 and 60 days
before the planned arrival date, a 50% cancellation fee
will be charged.
- If your cancellation reaches 59 or fewer days before
the planned arrival date, a 100% cancellation fee will
be charged.
